We can offer you a wide range of items that we have in stock and customize them in a relatively short time. For these items, we will be glad to send you our paper catalogs. Part of the offer is also viewable in PDF format. Nevertheless it is possible that some items, in certain sizes or colors, are out of stock with our suppliers. In this case, we will contact you to specify the expected date of replenishment or, if your delay does not allow to wait, offer you an alternative in the same price range.
ATIC SA is based in Geneva, near the airport.  We will gladly travel all over French-speaking Switzerland in a short time to meet you and talk about your project. Upon request, we can also handle the delivery of your order outside Switzerland, for the specific needs of an event for example. Do not hesitate to ask us for a quote.
The final unit price of an item depends on the quantity ordered, the type of marking (printing, engraving, etc.) and your logo (e.g. number of colors). Do not hesitate to contact us, specifying these parameters, so that we can send you an accurate quote as soon as possible.
We work in partnership with a vast network of suppliers based in Europe or Asia, allowing us to offer you a wide range of products adapted to your needs and preriquisites (budget, deadline, etc.). Do not hesitate to call us if you do not find what you need in our catalogs, and our dedicated team will be happy to carry out the necessary research. We also make objects and gift giveaways entirely tailor-made to your brand. Based on your brief, we can offer you visual models first, and then carry out a feasibility study (cost, deadline, etc.) with our suppliers. We will be your only point person and will manage the project from A to Z from its development, through the realization of prototypes, to delivery.
Most existing items in stock are available with no minimum order requirement. Kindly note that any order with customization will imply a fixed fee (independent of the number of pieces) which will be all the more reduced as the quantity ordered is large. Do not hesitate to ask us for a quote for different quantities in order to evaluate the one that is best suited to your needs and your overall budget. If it is a tailor-made project, order minima are usually required (variable depending on the item and its origin) and we will report them to you during the initial feasibility study.
Our prices are always indicated excluding tax (VAT 7.7% added at the time of invoicing, except exemption ex NGO) and include all costs related to customization and transportation to your premises in Switzerland. For any delivery outside of Switzerland, please mention it upon request so that we can specify the additional cost of transport on the quote.
Most items available from stock are available in French-speaking Switzerland within a maximum of 10 days without branding, and 2 to 3 weeks if you want customization. For a delivery outside Switzerland or for any tailor-made project, the deadline will be longer and will depend on the item and/or destination. Please consult us so that we can evaluate the feasibility of your project in terms of time and include the additional cost in the quote.
Any order will be invoiced to you once the delivery has been made. Payment must reach us by bank transfer within 30 days from the date of invoice. If you operate by purchase order (PO), please let us know when validating the offer so that we can specify it on the invoice.

For any order with customization, we will automatically send you a visual model with your logo in electronic format (digital proof), to be validated by you before starting production. If you want to see an actual sample branded with your logo (physical proof), please let us know so that we can consider the cost when drawing up the quote. It should be noted that the manufacture of this proof may take 7 to 10 days to be added to the usual production time.

In the case of a tailor-made project, the realization of a prototype is always included in the quote. However, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional prototype that would result from a change of brief (logo, color etc.) from your side.

The most suitable type of marking will depend on the type of support (e.g. material in which the object is made) and your logo/graphic file. As experts in custom objects for more than 30 years, we are here to advise you.

Files must be sent in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF vectorized format. To do this, it is best to use infographic programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or In Design when creating them.

If your file contains text to be written in a special font, please also provide us with the fonts used or vectorize them. If it is not possible for you to provide us with such files, we reserve the right to charge you a graphic design fee necessary to retouch them and make them usable.

Only certain items are automatically delivered in a gift packaging (if applicable, this is specified in the description on the offer). Otherwise, we can offer you a suitable solution (pouch, box, bag or other), with or without marking to highlight your product. Do not hesitate to contact us.
Our know-how lies in the development of personalized objects and corporate gifts that can be used during your events, but we do not organize events ourselves. On the other hand, we can help you by making signage articles (banners, roll-ups, photowalls etc.) to be printed on request and delivered with your gifts directly to the venue of your event. We also make trophies.
